Luck777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and Luck777 ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your use of all services offered at luck777.wine, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, Ludo, esports betting, and all associated payment and bonus services.

By completing the Luck777 registration process, clicking "I Agree," making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and request account closure by contacting our support team.

Luck777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. 2.Eligibility

To open and maintain a Luck777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Luck777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by the platform may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.Account Registration

Each person may hold exactly one Luck777 account. Registering more than one account — whether under your own identity, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts created by the same person are subject to being closed without notice, with all balances and bonuses held across those accounts being forfeited.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number or email address, which are used for two-factor authentication and withdrawal verification — you must update your account details promptly through the account settings panel or by contacting support.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow another person to operate your account, or operate an account on behalf of someone else. Luck777 treats all activity on an account as having been performed by the registered account holder.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Luck777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa credit/debit card, and Mastercard credit/debit card. Luck777 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed above.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your Luck777 balance instantly in most cases, subject to the respective mobile wallet provider's processing times. Card deposits are typically processed within a few minutes. Luck777 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Luck777 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within five minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes during standard banking hours. Luck777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was awarded. Real-money balances have no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time. Referral programme bonuses are classified as real-money balance and carry no wagering requirement.

Luck777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or where additional verification documentation is required. Such situations will be communicated to the account holder by email or live chat.

5.Betting Rules

All bets placed on Luck777 — whether on PSL cricket, international football, esports, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market. These rules are displayed within each market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, FIFA for international football, tournament organisers for esports). Where results are disputed or subject to official review, Luck777 reserves the right to suspend settlement until a final official result is declared.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed on each market. These limits apply per bet and per event. Luck777 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void (and stakes returned to the member's balance) where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market was opened or closed in error; the stated odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error; or the event result is officially changed after an initial determination.

In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time for operational reasons, including technical issues or significant match events. Bets placed during a suspension window will be voided and stakes returned. Luck777 is not liable for connection issues that prevent a member from placing or modifying a bet during live play.

6.Bonus and Promotions Policy

Luck777 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses on first deposits and event-specific promotions. All promotional bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible members only — eligibility criteria are stated within the promotion details.
• Promotional bonuses may carry wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be separated in your account wallet. Real-money balance is always used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified.

7.Referral Programme

The Luck777 Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn PKR bonuses by referring new members to the platform. The following conditions apply to all referral activity:

• A referral is only considered successful when the referred person registers using the referrer's unique referral link and makes their first deposit of any amount.
• Self-referrals — creating additional accounts to refer yourself — are strictly prohibited and will result in all referral bonuses being forfeited and account suspension.
• Referral bonuses are credited to the referrer's real-money balance within a reasonable processing time after the referred member's qualifying deposit is confirmed.
• The referral bonus amount and any applicable tier structure are published on the Refer a Friend page and are subject to change. Changes to the referral rate do not affect bonuses already credited.
• Luck777 reserves the right to investigate referral activity and withhold or reverse referral bonuses where artificial, fraudulent, or coordinated referral schemes are detected.
• Referral links may not be used in paid advertising, spam, or any misleading context. Referrers are responsible for how they share their links.

8.Prohibited Conduct

Luck777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified by email or live chat and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or evidence before a final termination decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm (for example, suspected money laundering or ongoing fraud).

Where an account is terminated for Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation, and may be permanently forfeited where the investigation confirms a serious violation. Bonus balances are forfeited immediately upon account termination.

Members who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Luck777 support. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the Luck777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, betting market layouts, written content, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of Luck777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Luck777 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Luck777 platform or its content without the express prior written permission of Luck777.

11.Limitation of Liability

Luck777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Luck777's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in the member's account at the time of the relevant event.
